Everly Eco Social Impact

We make professionally designed, lower-waste event infrastructure available through hire and reuse. This removes some of the practical barriers that can make sustainable choices difficult, expensive or inaccessible.

We measure the difference we make through four key areas:

ACCESS
Increasing access to circular event infrastructure for businesses, organisations and event professionals.

CIRCULARITY
Keeping products and materials in use through hire, reuse, repair and recovery.

WASTE AVOIDANCE
Reducing the need for single-use event infrastructure and unnecessary material disposal.

INDUSTRY CHANGE
Helping organisations understand, adopt and advocate for more circular approaches to event design and procurement.

We don't just want to create better products. We want to help create a better way of doing events.

Circular Event Infrastructure Impact Project

Everly Eco was created with a simple question: can we do event infrastructure differently, and can we prove that it makes a difference?

Circularity is increasingly used to describe everything from recycling and resale to rental and take-back schemes. But circular doesn't automatically mean lower impact.

That’s why we’re developing the Everly Eco Impact Project: an ongoing commitment to measure, understand and improve the environmental impact of our products and our circular model.

We’re looking beyond what a product is made from to consider its whole lifecycle: where materials come from, how they are manufactured and transported, how many times products are used, how they are maintained and stored, and what happens when they eventually reach the end of their useful life.

Our approach includes:

  • Using recycled materials and prioritising locally manufactured materials where suitable alternatives exist

  • Designing products to be reused, repaired and repurposed wherever possible

  • Operating a hire library that keeps event infrastructure in circulation across multiple events

  • Avoiding MDF and unnecessary plastics

  • Using non-toxic glues and paints wherever possible

  • Reusing packaging, including old bike boxes for freight

  • Tracking product use, reuse, repair, repurposing and end-of-life pathways

  • Building the data needed to understand and quantify our environmental impact over time

We don't want to simply call our products circular. We want to measure what circularity actually achieves.

As Everly Eco grows, so will the project. Our aim is to establish meaningful benchmarks, identify where our greatest impacts occur, improve our practices and transparently share what we learn.

Because for us, sustainability isn't a label. It's something we need to be able to demonstrate.
